My name is Joshua, and I oversee employee housing here at Devils Thumb Ranch Resort & Spa. My role isn’t just to manage buildings; It’s to help create a living environment that’s clean, respectful, structured, and enjoyable for everyone who calls this place home during their season here.
You can expect clear standards, accountability, and consistency from me. In return, I expect residents to respect the property, their roommates, shared spaces, and the community we’re building together. A strong housing culture doesn’t happen by accident; it happens when everyone does their part.
Our Resident Advisors are your first point of contact for day-to-day needs, questions, or concerns. They’re here to support you and help keep things running smoothly. If something feels off, needs attention, or you simply don’t know where to start, then reach out to them first.
Beyond housing logistics, my team and I are also here as a resource. Whether you need guidance about the local area, recommendations, or help navigating something new, we’ll assist to the best of our availability. We want you to feel supported not just housed.
